Supervisory Board

The responsibilities and duties of the Supervisory Board of the Company are determined by the statutory regulations applicable in the Republic of North Macedonia and by the rulebooks of the Company. Additionally, certain rulebooks of the Company also detail the duties and responsibilities of the supervisory board members.

Мembers of the Supervisory Board of the Company are:

• Christoph Rath, Chairman and independent member of the Supervisory Board;
• Gabor Lehel, Vice-chairman;
• Zoran Dimov, independent member of the Supervisory Board;;
• Andreja Josifovski, member of the Supervisory Board;
• Reinhard Gojer, member of the Supervisory Board;
• Phillip Bardas, member of the Supervisory Board.
